*Tahini (make sure it’s super fresh or it could be bitter)


Beat together slowly with a fork to desired creamy consistency (thick or thin). Enjoy in a multitude of ways… Lovely over fresh fruit, as a dip for crisp apples. On toast or crackers with honey or maple syrup. Over waffles with fresh fruit salad. On its own with cacao powder & a drizzling of agave. Add a sprinkling of cinnamon & coconut sugar with a little vanilla to make a cinnamon variation. 🙂 ENJOY all the calcium & GOODNESS of natural sesame butter (tahini)!
