1 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Tbs tamari (like soy sauce- from health foodstore)
Cayenne pepper to taste
Optionally.. add 1/2cup of pepitas or a sprinkling of sesame seeds for variation in taste, texture and nutrients.

So easy! In a hot skillet, toast sunflower seeds with tamari and cayenne pepper until golden.
