1.SPICY SCRAMBLES WITH FRESH GARDEN HERBSeggs
So easy. Tasty.. Just whisk together a couple of Organic eggs with some low-fat Organic milk or Soymilk (vitasoy).. toss in piles of fresh Parsley & Basil chopped finely & a grind or two of pink Himalayan rock salt. Then cook over low heat in a teaspoonful of Rice Bran oil (so good, doesn’t become a carcinogen when heated basically), sprinkle on lots of spicy metabolism boosting Cayenne pepper & a drizzle of cold pressed Olive oil to serve! YUM.
