I’ve posted about my baby ‘kombucha’ which I make & LOVE to get a healthy dose of good bacteria…
Here’s an even easier way! Good for children too, as it doesn’t contain any caffeine. Traditionally made by taking a glass jar & soaking organic wheatberries (use whole grain wheat – you may like to try spelt, rye or a mixture of other grains) in water with a cloth covering in an airy place for three days. STRAIN. Rejuvelac is now ready to drink! Doesn’t smell that flash, so try adding a dash of pure organic grapejuice when serving, OR maybe a squeeze of lemon/lime or fresh ginger juice & pure honey to sweeten. YUM! Healthy easy probiotics! DONE. You may like to soak the grains once more in water for one more rejuvenating drink, before discarding.
