Papaya Chia Smoothie!Haha I’m actually eating this as I upload it for you, just had to share it with SOMEONE!!.. A DELICIOUS treat for your skin, great for those 4pm chocolate cravings.

1 Cup Frozen Red Papaya cut into chunks
2/3 Cup Almond Milk, organic soy, dairy or rice milk
1 Tablespoon of Lecithin (opt)
1 Dessertspoon of the fabulous Chia Seeds

Blend till thick soft serve smoothie texture! YUMMM!! Try a little Maple Syrup to drizzle if you want it sweeter.
