Pistachio Apricot Muesli Whiz then pour over dry ingredients:
2-3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup macadamia oil
1/4 cup palm sugar

750gm rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup raw pistachio nuts
1/2 cup organic sunflower seeds

Mix well, bake slowly (about 150’C) until golden brown. Add chopped organic apricots & pitted prunes. Keep in an airtight jar.
Try adding different seeds, nuts, shredded coconut.. your favourite dried fruits. You can use the banana mixture as the base for a range of muesli flavours!
