Recovering from a nasty little head cold I felt the need for something cleansing, soothing & healing for lunch.. I’ve been drinking lots of water, vegetable juices, green drinks & eating plenty of fruit.
This is a delicious soup I made for its healing properties. It tasted just PERFECT. You know when you just know?..
All organic ingredients of pumpkin, heaps of onions & garlic, fresh rosemary, fresh cayenne, celtic salt ~blended; then, fresh chives, marigolds & kale (added last).. Some of my seaweed chippies (recipe section) on top 🙂 YUMMMM.
