Last weekend I travelled with my daughter to college. VERY EXCITING! A little on the sad side, hence the inner strength tea & butter nailpolish. We did however have loads of delicious snacks to console us along the way. High energy, light foods perfect for travelling. Almonds, simply soaked 4-8 hours or overnight in pure water. So crunchy & yum!

These are slightly similar to a mature coconut in texture.



Nice packed into the fridge bag. We also took, organic apples, my seaweed chippies, lots of lime water, juices, as well as the most delicious kale & red cabbage salad with chilli dressing (which my beautiful girl made for us)! 🙂
