My easy, fresh revitalising breaky. Pineapple, pomegranate, raw kefir & chia seeds (soaked).
To soak chia seeds place one tablespoon of seeds into a glass jar with about a cupful of water, shake for about 10 seconds, keep in fridge to add to smoothies, over yogurt or fruit, add to fresh juices, breads & raw cakes & pastries.
You can do this with any fruits you like, some fruits taste complementary with goji berries, cacao nibs, soaked pepitas or raw nuts, bee pollen, rice bran or oat bran, almond milk instead of kefir. Experiment with superfoods!

Hi Katie, I make my own Kefir (you can buy culture from good health food stores). I’ve used soy, coconut (fresh coconut water & pulp to make a milk), & raw goats milk wit success. Lovely to hear from you! xx Abigail
