We’ve all experienced food cravings/addictions of one kind or another. I’d like to suggest that the feeling of desire for any food/substance can actually be a good thing, if we choose to stop & listen to the deeper voice within.

I believe our bodies are designed to be ultimately wise! Rather than become discouraged & binge upon unsatisfying non-foods perhaps we should try tuning in to what we might unconsciously be wanting to hear.

FILLING UP ON NUTRITIOUS DELICIOUS UNPROCESSED FOODS, PREPARED IN WAYS AS TO NOT DESTROY THEIR VITAL LIFEFORCE & CHOOSING TO INDULGE DAILY  IN NATURES SIMPLE LONGEVITY SECRETS (see my 8 Tips for Supergorgeousness) WILL CAUSE MOST ‘CRAVINGS’ IN TIME, TO DISAPPEAR! LET’S ENJOY THE CHOICES WE MAKE DAILY & ENJOY THE WAY IT MAKES US FEEL, & LOOK 😉 !!
