Prevention is better than cure, true about your skin.. true about preventing cravings which lead to bad skin! If you’re really really busy you may not get time to have breakfast, but you can pack some ‘fast food’ which will bless your skin and your metabolism when you get a moment to enjoy it. Take a delicious red papaya.. cut drizzle with lemon/lime juice.. sprinkle with HEAPS of ground linseeds & some lecithin (SKIN SKIN SKIN) top with blueberries, more lime juice. Pack a little tub of ‘Ayam’ coconut cream (purest and best, no preservatives) and you’re SET!!!
