EXERCISE – The Difference


Do it. Just do it. We all know we should. 1 hour ago I felt inadequate, unhappy and like giving up on almost everything I do for love, and passion.

Now… I feel alive and revitalised!

The difference. Half an hour of intensive exercise followed by a cold refreshing shower and 1 litre of lime water with sea salt.

Now I can write this post, make dinner and feel great about life.

I feel empowered now! It strengthens my resolve to make other healthy choices. I can make a difference in my own life, those I come into contact with and even more importantly – that of the people I love.

Short post I know. But that’s the huge difference exercise makes to me. <3

    I feel absolutely the same about exercise – it is transforming… something get me into a more vital frame of mind – even with just 15 min HIIT. I love Hot Yoga…. but would you be so kind to let us know what in your experience are the best work out routines – I would be interested to hear your view… even though I think nothing can beat the opportunity to do surfing… something I would have loved to have learned…
