My organic breaky today: Poached eggs on my dehydrated ‘bread’ (feels like toast to me) ~ a three seed flat bread which is easy to make & raw. Parsley, basil, fresh garlic, olive oil & lime juice + cayenne pepper (ALWAYS!) Recipe for the crackers to come. 🙂 DELICIOUS energy food. Balancing, low GI, high protein, HIGH GREENS (very important) high satisfaction (especially for blood type O’s).
