I’ve been meaning to post this idea for you since Xmas day! It was a favourite with everyone & so easy to make. Healthy & oh so more-ish as an entree with quality bread & leftover oil can be smothered on toast in place of unhealthy margarines 😉 Yayyy for the good fats!
3/4 cup cold pressed organic olive oil
2 fresh cayenne peppers (or red chillies), minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
1 teaspoon celtic salt
1 tablespoon organic balsamic vinegar
Organic fresh or dried oregano leaves to taste
Mix together & serve in a nice bowl with warm chunks of crusty, organic sourdough bread.
