Visiting Sydney this week I stayed with my beautiful friend Helena, who shares a similar passion for natural foods. We enjoyed creating this raw smoothie together & her baby loved it too!.. It is so light and refreshing, you can enjoy it with or without the yogurt topping, the subtle flavour of the fresh coconut is so exotic, delicate in flavour & so smooth in texture.

Blend together:
1 cup of frozen Blueberries
1 ripe mango
Juice & pulp of one fresh (drinking) Coconut
1 heaped dessertspoon of Chia seeds

Top with:
Fresh Blueberries
1 Tablespoon each of natural Sheeps Yogurt (amazing creamy yogurt high in protien & calcium- optional)
Sprinkling of raw Cacao powder
Drizzle with Agave
