As easy as: Dry bake a few sweet (the dry purple ones are my favourite) potatoes on oven racks, slit open. Smother with Organic Coconut Oil, (shop around for one with the purest non-rancid flavour).. Sprinkle with fresh dill, cayenne pepper if you like & Celtic salt. Serve warm as a delicious side dish to salad & fish/legumes or eat as a satisfying snack. I LOVE THEM.
