I love this cream just as it is! ….. SUPERFOOD YUMMMNESSS !

It’s also lovely served over fresh fruit or as a nutritious accompaniment to my Earthy Easter Baked Apples! Full of omega fatty goodness (MEANS EAT IT), it’s silky smooth & has the texture of slightly thickened cream. Sorry the picture does nothing for this cream.

TO MAKE:

1 cup *soaked chia seeds 

2/3 cup organic raw cashews

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla paste or 1 scraped vanilla pod

1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder

2 tablespoons maple syrup

BLEND altogether until smooth & creamy. Store in the fridge or eat it all now!

*Soaked Chia seeds = 1 tbsp chia + 1c water. Shake, soak 3hrs or overnight. Keeps in fridge & may be used in a hundred billion ways of total yumness.
