3 cups raw sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
1/2 cup rapadura sugar or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon natural vanilla
Pinch himalayan salt
3-4 tablespoons fresh peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1/2 cup honey

MIX until combined. PRESS very firmly into baking tray with sides 1 inch sides. Bake at 160’C for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool completely. Slice into squares or fingers.
