Morning! Just a quick post to share my deliciously energising and uplifting breakfast smoothie. This tastes like ice-cream in a glass!

photo (40)BANANA VANILLA BUTTERMYLK SMOOTHIE

2 – 3 organic bananas, fresh or freshly frozen, sliced
1 cup Rawlicious Cashew Mylk (same as my Supergorgeous Almond Mylk recipe – in the book – only use raw cashews in place of almonds and maple syrup in place of dates!)
1 cup alkaline/spring water (more or less depending on how creamy or light you wish it to be)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon cacao butter shavings
4 – 6 ice cubes, optional

Whiz together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies.

SuperTip: try adding 1-2 handfuls baby spinach or young kale leaves (stems removed) + 1 dessertspoon raw cacao powder or nibs for an ultra-gorgeous green smoothie! Yes, beauty foods taste good! <3
