In my chocolate book I refer to this the ‘Supersmoothie‘ chocka’s full of supergoodness which I know you’ll love! A recipe which tastes soo good & is soo good!!
To make you’re very own original supersmoothie begin with: young coconut water or fresh almond milk kefir or both. Add: blueberries or strawberries for antioxidant rich fresh fruits, goji berries, acai or maqui berry powder (for extra antioxidant goodness! anti-aging wonderfoods), chia seeds or linseeds for essential fatty acids which is skin food & brain food too. Other things you can try: raw cacao powder, cacao nibs, coconut oil, hemp protein, fresh aloe vera (skin off), bee pollen. So many other fruits. You can try spirulina or maca powders in your smoothie. I don’t like spirulina in mine but you never know! You may love it. Another superfood I love to add to my supersmoothie is mesquite powder. Love!! Delicious & kind of weird aftertaste rich in all sorts of goodies! I love to vary things up from day to day. Supreme beauty food, skin/body food I know my supersmoothie enhances agelessness, is energy boosting & completely revitalising for superhumans like you… & me 😉
