Nice for a change, and perfect for hot cacao, milkshakes (makes them taste like ice-cream), creamy smoothies, over cereal, as the base for chia seed pudding, or simply as it is. The best thing about it is, it doesn’t require straining through a nut-milk bag. Love recipes that keep the whole food intact!

1 cup raw organic cashews, rinsed

1/4 teaspoon organic raw vanilla powder

Pinch organic cinnamon powder, optional

Pinch sea salt

2 tablespoons organic maple syrup

3 cups water for soaking

2 cups water added later


Soak first 6 ingredients together in the blender for 4hours. Blend until super smooth and creamy. Add remaining water, blend well. Bottle in glass and refrigerate until needed.

This Mylk may be watered down 20-50% with success depending on what you’re using it for – making it even more economical. Best used within 3 days.
