Luscious, tasty, greens and cherry tom tomatoes!!!! I. Can’t. Even. The tastebuds so alive from my recent juice fast…Every flavour is bursting forth! Like this bowl. Pure life. Rich in antioxidants, hydration, vitamins, minerals essential for beautiful glowing skin and life force.

This is a typical pre/post fasting meal. So satisfying!

In my bowl: Massaged kale (olive oil), baby spinach leaves, cherry toms, avocado, onion chives, lemon, pinch celtic salt – not too much, onion chives florets, black tahini, and a sprinkling of organic shiraz raw wine vinegar. So simple and delicious!
