‘In the Blender’ Cheesy Vegan Pesto

QUICK grab some BASIL, coriander, parsley and any other fresh herbs you like.. pick the the leaves off (discarding tough stems) & BLEND altogether with:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic
Apple Cider Vinegar, Water
Lemon Juice
Celtic Salt, Cayenne Pepper
Brazil Nuts, Pepitas, Hemp Seeds, Pine Nuts, or Sunflower Seeds..

Optional, savoury yeast flakes + little onion powder for an even ‘cheesier’ raw vegan pesto. I’ve sprinkled black sesame seeds on top.

Now look how GREEN it is!!! Use more or less of anything until it’s how you love it best. So good with baked sweet potatoes, legumes on toast or organic poached eggs (see breakfast lunch ideas).
